For Job Seekers
Is creating a profile free?⌄
Yes. Creating a profile, setting your availability, saving jobs, and browsing up to 10 results per search are all free.
What does the Pro plan include?⌄
Pro unlocks unlimited job search results, advanced filters (region, salary, job type), community intelligence (reviews, Reddit threads, candidate experiences), and priority placement in the hiring catalog. It's $20/month or $99/year.
Do I need to actively apply to jobs?⌄
No — that's the whole point. Create a profile and let companies come to you. You can also browse and search jobs yourself. If you're not looking, set your status to Busy or Stealth and you disappear from search results entirely.
Who can see my profile?⌄
Your profile is public. If you set your status to Stealth, you won't appear in search results at all. You're always in control of your visibility.
How do companies contact me?⌄
Companies reach out directly through the links on your profile — LinkedIn, GitHub, personal website, or email. There's no internal messaging system. You get contacted like a normal person, not through a corporate ATS.
What is community intelligence?⌄
Community intelligence is a Pro feature that surfaces real candidate experiences, company reviews, and relevant Reddit threads alongside job listings — so you can research a company before deciding to engage.
Is this worldwide or just LATAM?⌄
Worldwide. We aggregate remote tech jobs from the best global job boards. Many companies actively hiring LATAM talent are also indexed. You can filter by LATAM-friendly companies using the optional toggle in search.
Posting a Job
How do I post a job?⌄
Go to /post-a-job, fill in the job details along with an email and password. Your account is created and the job goes live in one step — no separate sign-up flow needed.
How much does it cost to post a job?⌄
Job posts are $99 each during the early-bird period (first 100 listings). After that, the price moves to $149/post. Each listing stays active for 30 days.
How long does a job post stay active?⌄
Job posts are active for 30 days. You can see the status and expiry date of all your listings from your publisher dashboard.
Can I post multiple jobs?⌄
Yes. From your publisher dashboard you can post as many jobs as you need. Each post is independent and has its own 30-day window.
What is a featured listing?⌄
A featured add-on pins your listing to the top of the featured jobs section with a gold highlight, giving it significantly more visibility. It's an optional +$49 upgrade for 7 days. Featured listings are coming soon.
Do you charge placement or recruiter fees?⌄
Never. You pay a flat fee per listing. There are no commission, placement, or recruiter fees — ever.
